Cloudy Weather

The past few days have been cloudy and rainy and I haven't been able to go out. Things are cold, miserable and depressing.

My eldest son was staying with his grandparents, so that's been good. I couldn't imagine having him trapped in this apartment for two days with the terrible weather.

And that's the main reason why we are living in Japan. Family.

Sure Japan is a great place and I thoroughly enjoy living here, life in Australia wasn't so bad and I'm sure we could do well there. But to have the love and support of my wife's extended family is fantastic!

They have been so helpful, it's amazing.

I need to do more to show how I appreciate them.
