Fujiya Family Restaurant
>> Wednesday, 26 August 2009
On Monday it was my son's 3rd birthday so for dinner we went to the local Fujiya restaurant.
We went there as they have the best "birthday service" including a "cake" with candles to blow out and a family picture together with Peko-chan.
The waitress got on the restaurant PA and got everyone there to join in singing happy birthday to him and he really loved all of the attention.
This is what we ate:
The Peko Poko Box
Inside
The kids meal itself, lots of fried food. Yum.
I had the "W" steak, double. Not the finest cut, but ok.
Gratin and spaghetti for my wife.
And a pizza to share.
Plus the glasses from the drink bar all had nice logos on them.
Their food was ok, but the point where things were best were the cakes. They had a full range of Fujiya cakes to choose from as your dessert.

@Kelly
There are heaps of Fujiya cake shops around, but I'd never seen a restaurant before.
@Lina
Thanks, it's ok.
@Jamaipanese
It was pretty good, nothing too exciting. But interesting enough to justify a post.
