Going to Narita

On the Wednesday & Thursday before my flight both days were very sunny, so I took my son to the local pool. As I had only been using SPF 4 sunscreen on myself my shoulders were lovely and red, perfect to carry a heavy back pack with! Inside the backpack was my new HP Laptop.

Here I am having a Coke at McDonalds in Kawagoe. The weather is stinking hot and humid like the tropics, so I really appreciate the chance to sit down and enjoy the air conditioning.

Here is the "limousine bus" shuttle bus that will take me from Kawagoe to Narita Airport. ￥3200 one way, though you are meant to book your ticket the day before it is easy enough to hand money to the driver.

At this point I was excited to be going back to Australia, to see my friends, eat local food and do some shopping. Also I was worried, what if something happened and my sons were left without a father? My thoughts are not the same as when I first came to Japan in 2002.
