Really? I've seen some seriously ugly people who NEED this sponge.

The problem is, it needs to be "continual" - all day. Non stop.

Does it come with instructions on how to use it? I mean, are you supposed to rub it somewhere non-stop all day long?

Wow! I should use that sponge and wear my diet socks and then I'd be beautiful and slim! Now I know how Japanese women do it.
